Zakat (mall) is the main source of the state treasury as well as a cornerstone of economic life that proclaimed Al-Qur'an. Zakat will prevent the accumulation of wealth on the one hand, and at the same time encouraging people to invest and promote the distribution. Zakat is also a comprehensive institution for the distribution of wealth, because it concerns a treasure every Muslim in practice, when his property has been up to or past the nishab. Accumulation of wealth in the hands of a person or a group of rich people only, is expressly prohibited from Allah SWT, as saying:
"... That the treasure was not only circulated among the wealthy among you ..." (Surat al-Hashr, 59:7).
So why do we have to fear issuing charity, but it's a direct command from God, God promised greater reward in the hereafter, while there is no tax n Islamic law, if we want to run a certain life will be peaceful and prosperous society, no longer exists the poor
